How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?

We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures each plant in place, protecting the foliage and keeping the soil contained during transit.

What is your 30-day happiness guarantee?

If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.

Do you offer shipping to all 50 states?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Due to agricultural regulations, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time.

What should I do if my plant arrives looking a bit wilted?

It is normal for plants to experience some stress during travel. Give your plant a small drink of water and place it in indirect light, and it should perk up within 24 to 48 hours.

Are your plants safe for pets and children?

We offer a specific 'Pet-Friendly' collection. Please check the product description for each plant to see its toxicity level before purchasing.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Because we work quickly to get your plants out of the greenhouse, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of order placement.
